In our hands-on engineering and advanced manufacturing classes, we are preparing students for successful transitions to college and/or careers. The four courses in the pathway provide rigorous education, skill development, and workforce credentials that ensure career readiness.
In the 2023-2024 school year, our Foundation made significant strides in enhancing these courses. We proudly provided a classroom set of Snap-On Precision Measurement tools, elevating hands-on learning experiences. These state-of-the-art tools ensure that our students gain proficiency in technical measurements and earn industry-level certifications. A Bridgeport milling machine, another equipment addition, provides our students with practical training and industry-relevant skills that enhance their employability for careers in manufacturing and engineering. Milling machines are used to cut or drill solid materials, such as metal, and to cut, bore, and drill gears, threads, and slots.
